Your uploaded CSV files are stored securely in your user-specific directory on our servers. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption at rest and during transmission. Your data is stored and backed up daily on a private, remote server via Cloudways hosting platform. These backups are retained for 4 weeks, after which they are automatically deleted.
Access to your data is strictly controlled and limited. All owners, employees and contractors do not view, analyze, or access your individual CSV files without your explicit permission.
All owners, employees and contractors with potential access to user data are bound by confidentiality agreements.
We never sell, rent, or share your uploaded CSV data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
We retain your account information and uploaded CSV files until you delete your account. You can delete your uploaded CSV files at any time through the application interface.
